How we work Just fill out the Order Form , give us a call ( 203 969 1111 ) or e-mail us, and let us know your preferred pick up spot so we can arrange a convenient pick up time together! You don't need to be at home to use the service. If we already serve your building, just leave your dry cleaning with your Order Form in the bag at the designated drop-off location. If you don’t have one of our provided bags, place your laundry in a plastic bag marked Dry Cleaning For American Dry Clean Valet at the pre-designated location together with your completed form. We'll provide you with one of our dry laundry bags at no charge at the time of delivery so you’ll have it for the next drop-off. We request that you have a minimum order of $15, please. If you have special instructions, no problem! Just fill out the Special Instructions section in our Order Form and leave it inside your laundry bag. Altering Services Let American Dry Clean Valet handle all your tailoring needs! We can take in pants, hem pants, hem skirts, etc. Just mark your clothing appropriately and indicate the service required on the Special Instructions section on our form. In the rare instance your garment is lost we will issue you a full refund or credit for the value of that garment, as specified in the National Fair Claims Guide for Consumer Textile Products.
